Coaching – Supporting people to make the changes they want
We offer coaching that is tailored to meet the needs of the individual by providing a space in which they can explore their options within their personal or professional life. Our coaching practice is informed by the study of applied neuroscience, and this approach allows us to support clients to make the changes they wish to see in their lives or overcome any difficulties which are blocking their success or happiness within their life. Using the study of neuroscience, enables us to support clients to make long lasting change, with an ability to think creatively about any issues and overcome barriers.
Coaching can be helpful either prior to or at the end of mediation to enable individuals learn from the conflict that they have been involved in. Coaching can support an individual regain their ability to be a fully functioning member of a team and to have a space to consider how they will resolve other potential difficulties or challenges going forward.
Coaching can be offered alongside mediation or as a totally separate service. We can offer individual sessions or a series of sessions, depending on the needs and budget of the client. We offer measureable individual outcomes and objectives, so that an organisation or individual can evidence the difference that the investment in coaching has made.
We uniquely offer coaching to clients when the other party involved in a dispute is not willing to enter into mediation. We will support an individual client through the dispute, towards a more positive outcome.
